Terms Of Service

interviewelo ("we", "us") verifies interview emails candidates upload and shows the resulting progress at a private link. By using interviewelo, you agree to these terms.

What the service does

You upload an email a company sent you during a hiring process. We check its DKIM signature to confirm the company actually sent it and that it was addressed to you, then use it to build a page showing what we could verify about your interview progress. We only ever publish what a verified signature actually proved.

Your account

An account may be created automatically when you confirm an uploaded email. You're responsible for keeping access to the email address the account is tied to, since that's how we confirm it's really you.

Acceptable use

Don't upload email that wasn't sent to you, and don't use the service to impersonate someone else or to misrepresent your interview history. We may suspend or remove an account that does either.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We verify what a signature can prove, but we don't guarantee the service is uninterrupted, error-free, or that it captures every detail of your interview process — see our Privacy Policy for what data we handle to do this.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will update the date above.
